FAQ

Our climbing frames are freestanding, meaning there's no need for digging or concrete. We include easy-to-use ground spikes for firm ground and corkscrew anchors for soft ground. These, combined with the weight and quality of the steel, and the footprint of the frame, keep the frame grounded, safe and sturdy. This also means they are easy to relocate if required.

Yes! We have easy to follow, step-by-step video and PDF instructions available online, and we include all the tools you need to get your climbing frame up in no time (approx. 4 hours). It's a great opportunity to get the whole family involved right from the moment you begin unboxing. Watch as your little ones eagerly assist and feel a sense of accomplishment as they contribute to building their very own climbing frame. 

Absolutely! Many customers erect their climbing frame on artificial turf. The ground spikes & corkscrew anchors can be easily installed through fake lawn without causing any damage. Some customers choose to put the ground spikes and spiral anchors through the artificial lawn, and some prefer not to, though we do recommend the use of them.

For optimal safety and ease of play, we recommend leaving a clear space of at least 0.5m-1m around the outside of the frame. This provides enough room for children to move around freely, preventing any potential collisions with fences or other structures.

We understand our climbing frames are a significant investment, that's why we don't take any shortcuts when it comes to design and quality, and offer a 10 year warranty on the steel frame. The materials we use are specifically chosen for their resistance to rust and corrosion, this includes stainless steel nuts and bolt, and double galvanised and powder coated thick steel tubing.

Our monkey bars are designed to accommodate ages 3 and above, all the way up to adults (yes, our frames are strong enough to support adults!). You will be amazed how quickly your child's strength and ability improve.
