How does it secure to the ground?

Our climbing frames are freestanding, meaning there's no need for digging or concrete. We include easy-to-use ground spikes for firm ground and corkscrew anchors for soft ground. These, combined with the weight and quality of the steel, and the footprint of the frame, keep the frame grounded, safe and sturdy. This also means they are easy to relocate if required.

Is it easy to assemble?

Yes! We have easy to follow, step-by-step instructions available online, and we include all the tools you need to get your climbing frame up in no time (approx. 5 hours). It's a great opportunity to get the whole family involved right from the moment you begin unboxing. Your little ones will eagerly assist and feel a sense of accomplishment as they contribute to building their very own climbing frame.

Can it be installed on artificial turf?

Absolutely! Many customers erect their climbing frame on artificial turf. The ground spikes & corkscrew anchors can be easily installed through fake lawn without causing any damage. Some customers choose to put the ground spikes and spiral anchors through the artificial lawn, and some prefer not to, though we do recommend the use of them.

How much room around the outside do you recommend (from fences etc)?

For optimal safety and ease of play, we recommend leaving a clear space of at least 0.5m-1m around the outside of the frame. This provides enough room for children to move around freely, preventing any potential collisions with fences or other structures.

Is it rust resistant and how long will it last?

We understand our climbing frames are a significant investment, that's why we don't take any shortcuts when it comes to design and quality, and offer a 10 year warranty on the steel frame. The materials we use are specifically chosen for their resistance to rust and corrosion, this includes stainless steel nuts and bolts, and double galvanised, powder coated thick Australian grade steel tubing.

What age range is it suitable for?

Our monkey bars are designed to accommodate ages 4 and above, all the way up to adults (yes, our frames are strong enough to support adults!). You will be amazed how quickly your child's strength and ability improve.

For safe use, frames must be installed on a flat and level surface. If your ground is sloped or uneven, the Height Adjustable Leveling Kit is required to ensure stability and safety.

Do not install on hard surfaces such as paving, concrete, or decking. Use only on firm, level ground. Loose gravel, rocks, or wood are not suitable surfaces.
