Growplay Monkey Bars Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The Growplay Monkey Bars Giveaway ("Competition") is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
• Entrants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Employees of Growplay Monkey Bars and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry:

• To enter the Competition, participants must like/follow the Growplay Monkey Bars Facebook page, tag a friend in the comments of the pinned Facebook giveaway post, and optionally share the post and/or subscribe to the Growplay newsletter for extra entries.

3. Competition Period:

• The Competition begins on May 8th 2023 and ends on June 10th 2023. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be accepted.

4. Prize:

• The winner will receive 'The Footballer' Climbing Frame, Flying Fox or Monkey Bridge (winner's choice), Netball Ring, and a £50 voucher for Growplay accessories OR a full refund on an order placed during the 'Competition Period' (valued up to £2,100).
• The prize is as stated and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified through a comment on the giveaway post and a direct message on Facebook within 3 days after the competition ends.
• If the winner does not respond within 3 days of notification, another winner will be selected.

6. Prize Delivery:

• The prize will be delivered to the winner's UK address provided within 7 business days of receiving the winner's confirmation.
• Growplay Monkey Bars is not responsible for any lost or undelivered prizes due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the winner.

7. Publicity:

• By entering the Competition, participants consent to their name and likeness being used by Growplay Monkey Bars for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
