2 Year Warranty

At Growplay Monkey Bars, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. To demonstrate our confidence in the reliability and durability of our offerings, we offer a comprehensive warranty policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand the terms and conditions of our warranty.

1. Frame Warranty: We provide a 2-year warranty on all Growplay Monkey Bars frames, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any faults, defects, or failures resulting from the manufacturing process. It reflects our belief in the exceptional workmanship and longevity of our product.

2. Accessories Warranty: For all accessories and the powder-coating of the frame, we offer a one-year warranty. This warranty ensures that these components are free from manufacturing defects.

Warranty Coverage:

• The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not extend to faults caused by factors such as lack of maintenance, weather damage, UV damage, misuse, incorrect assembly, or normal wear and tear.
• In the event of a valid warranty claim, Growplay will replace the faulty or defective parts free of charge. Refunds will not be issued.
• Return shipping costs associated with warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
• The customer is responsible for covering any shipping costs associated with the replacement part.
• The Growplay Monkey Bars warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• The warranty exclusively covers faults, defects, or failures resulting from the manufacturing process.

Warranty Breakdown:

a) 2 Year Frame Warranty: Purchases made after 08/04/2024 are eligible for a 2-year warranty on the Growplay Monkey Bars frame.

b) 1 Year Accessories Warranty: All accessories and the powder-coating of the frame are covered by a one-year warranty.

c) Accessories Older than One Year: Accessories older than one year can be purchased at half price. Please contact us to arrange the purchase of these parts if they are over one year old.

d) Frame Warranty Coverage: The frame warranty covers abnormalities in the metal frame of the Growplay Monkey Bars, excluding damage caused by weather conditions, external damage, overloading, and other non-warranty scenarios. Small surface rust no larger than 2cm, including welds, is not covered by the warranty. Normal wear and tear and all other non-warranty scenarios are not covered by the Growplay Monkey Bars warranty. Free items included with the purchase have a 3-month warranty.

Exclusions:

The following exclusions apply to the warranty coverage:

1. Damage through Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product, including rusting of steel components, UV deterioration of textile components, and discoloration of plastics or powder coat. Climbing frames and their accessories, as outdoor products actively used, will naturally experience wear and tear over time. Powder coat defects smaller than 2cm are not covered by the warranty.

2. Damage through Weather Conditions: Damage resulting from weather events such as rain or wind is not covered by the warranty. If your product is damaged by weather events, we recommend contacting your home and contents insurer.

3. Damage through Improper Installation: The warranty does not cover any failures caused by installation that does not comply with the Growplay user manual. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully assemble the Growplay product following the installation instructions. Additionally, installation provided by a third-party assembly service is not covered by the warranty. Before installation, customers must check all boxes and ensure that all components are included in the correct condition.

4. Damage through Insufficient Care or Maintenance: The warranty does not cover accelerated product decay resulting from poor care or maintenance. Customers should regularly check their Growplay Manual's Care and Maintenance sections and follow the advice provided to maximize the product
